Food Truck & Catering Operations Manager ($60,000/year salary + commission, bonuses, and year-end profit sharing)
- Full-Time Leadership Role: Lead the charge on our one-of-a-kind food truck operation — managing day-to-day execution, overseeing the team, and ensuring each event runs smoothly from start to finish. 
- Seasonal Balance: Enjoy the intensity of peak-season excitement (April–October, ~60 hours/week) and the flexibility of the off-season (November–March, ~15 hours/week) with opportunities for remote work and extended time off. 
- Sales Growth Driver: Play a key role in growing our business by assisting with outside sales and relationship-building — especially in the off-season — while our Sales Manager handles proposals and coordination. 
- Catering & Event Leadership: Be the on-site point person for catering and vending events, ensuring quality, efficiency, and top-tier customer service. 
- Operational Excellence: Take ownership of truck readiness, staffing, inventory, and compliance — all while optimizing costs and efficiency to maximize profitability. 
- Incentives That Matter: Earn 5% commission on new corporate catering clients, event-based bonuses, and exclusive profit-sharing at year-end based on company performance. 
Full-Time Truck Manager/Grillmaster ($30/hr + tips)
- Flexible Scheduling: Choose between working three longer days to achieve approximately 40 hours, allowing for additional days off, or distributing hours over more days based on event schedules and personal preference.
